This platform communicates and gives feedback about student academic performance regularly and also keeps records of student monthly examination results.
We also have electronic topic by topic question bank for our candidate.
Home Tutors Ghana only works with smart, committed and experienced tutors. All our tutors go through our rigorous screening criteria: aptitude test, Two month professional training and teaching demonstrations. We only recruit very committed and professional tutors who share in our mission and ethos. All our tutors have a minimum of a first degree and are morally grounded with positive attitude.
We use our learning style survey and interest analyzer to determine which method to use in teaching a student. In addition to this, we also factor into the equation the learning profile and background of the student to get a full profile to match the right tutor with the tutee to meet his or her individual needs. If a parent for some reason is not happy with a tutor genuinely we replace such tutor.
We support the clients from the beginning to the end of the tutoring. We give frequent progress report on the tutee, discuss with the parents or guardian the strength and weakness of tutee and the way forward. We also sometimes help parents in choosing good schools for their wards if they request for it. There is a compulsory monthly examination for every student.
